Shipping Costs

Within India: Shipping is done free of costs for all prepaid orders above US$15. A standard delivery charge of US$2 will be applicable to all orders under US$15. Such delivery charge is non-refundable.

Outside India: A standard delivery charge of around US$20 will be applicable for the first apparel in the order. An incremental shipping fee of around US$3 would be added for every additional apparel in the same order. For orders above US$245, shipping is free of cost.
Delivery Timelines

As Power Sutra is a made to measure brand, it does not keep/ maintain any inventory and all orders are prepared after the User places the order.

Accordingly, it usually takes approximately 5-7 days to prepare the order and another 2-3 days to deliver it within India.

For International orders, it usually takes 8-14 working days for the order to reach the User after placing the order.

Other Terms of Delivery

Power Sutra usually partners with third party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product delivery to Users ("Logistic Partners").

Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the purchased Product(s) will be provided to the User upon the purchased Product(s) being handed over to the Logistic Partner by Power Sutra. Power Sutra may also effectuate Product delivery to Users on its own without engaging Logistic Partners.

Prior to making payments on the Platforms for the purchase of Products, the User will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the User should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with sufficient landmarks in order to aid identification of the address.

A maximum of 2 (two) attempts shall be made to deliver purchased Products to the User. Should the User continue to remain unavailable after 2 (two) attempts, Power Sutra reserves the right to cancel the order pertaining to the purchased Products at its sole discretion.

While Power Sutra shall make reasonable endeavors in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to its Users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of various factors, including logistical issues beyond Power Sutra’s control, unsuitable weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, acts of god such as floods, earthquakes, etc, pandemics or health emergency condition and other unforeseen circumstances.

Power Sutra, as an internal process, ensures that reputed Logistic Partners are hired to deliver your orders. However, it is not possible for Power Sutra to ensure that employees of its Logistic Partners behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence and good mannerism. It is expressly clarified that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by employees of the Logistic Partners is beyond Power Sutra’s control and any issue arising between a User and an employee of the Logistic Provider will have to be resolved by the User, independently.

Title and risk of loss for all purchased Products shall pass onto the User upon the delivery of the purchased Products to the User.
